Les travaux dans RÉALISE pour 2007-2014
Nos travaux de recherche se focalisent sur les risques liés à la pollution atmosphérique nécessitant, d'une part, une meilleure évaluation de la qualité de l’air et, d'autre part, une connaissance accrue des effets sur la santé humaine.
Les recherches menées visent à concevoir de nouveaux outils complémentaires d'évaluation de la qualité de l'air :
- prototype transportable pour la mesure du formaldéhyde par une méthode spectrométrique après dérivation sélective (FORMOLAIR : Conception d'un prototype d'analyse en temps réel du FORMOL (formaldéhyde) dans l'AIR),
- méthodes d'analyses des polluants organiques à l'état de trace par HPLC-MS (APOLIQCRO : Analyse de Polluants Organiques dans l'atmosphère par chromatographie LIQuide haute performance couplée à un détecteur de masse),
- bio-indicateurs (végétaux ou des microorganismes) par exposition à des atmosphères contrôlées
- développement de capteurs passifs pour l’évaluation de la contamination de l’air en polluants organiques (pesticides, HAPs,…),
- étude de l’origine de l’aérosol organique par l’analyse et la mise en évidence de nouveaux traceurs spécifiques,
- étude de l’émission de polluants organiques particulaires à l‘émission par différentes sources (chaudières, cuisine, cheminées,…),
Un projet interdisciplinaire entre médecins et chimistes visera à mettre en évidence une potentielle synergie des polluants sur l'asthme, par l'exposition d'individus à des atmosphères réalistes contenant plusieurs polluants majeurs de l'air intérieur tels que le formaldéhyde et d’autres composés organiques (ALDALLER : Rôle des polluants chimiques (formaldéhyde et Composés Organiques Volatils) dans la réponse aux allergènes recombinants des pollens de bouleau et de graminées, des acariens, des poils de chat et chien).
